Thunder Xmas CDs - A Note To Ticket Buyers Print E-mail

All the Thunder Xmas Show CDs have been sent out to the ticket buyers we received addresses for.

If yours has not arrived by now, it will be because we did not receive your info from the ticket seller (i.e. you didn't tick the data consent box at the time of purchase).
If that is the case, please email us and we will assist you.
Here's what to do:-

You MUST include the following information in the email, so the Thunder Shop Elves can check:-

1. Your name
2. Your full address (the one you used at time of purchase + the one you'd like the CD sent to if different)
3. Your ticket reference (if known)
4. Date of the show you attended
5. No of tickets you purchased
6. Proof of purchase (this is a biggie. It can be either a scan of the ticket(s), email confirmation from seller, or bank/credit card statement with all blocked out except the ticket purchase).
